Mission Statement

WayOut Records/WayOut Kids (hereafter referred to as WayOut) offers to advertise/promote the Sponsor's company in conjunction with Rodney Raccoon advertisement/promotion efforts for its product(s) in (1) upcoming events in schools, Boys & Girls clubs/YMCAs, and other places in Washington; (2) Local special events, by providing t-shirts displaying the name of our Sponsor along with our name and/or logo; (3) a banner with the Sponsor's name or logo prominently displayed at our upcoming show(s); (4) radio advertisement(s), with the Sponsor's name being promoted during the airing of these ads; and (5) any press releases used by WayOut for upcoming musical event(s) involving the Sponsor.


Summary of Benefits

The benefits to the Sponsor include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Potential increase in target markets for the Sponsor as a result of the increased visibility of the Sponsor to the public at Rodney Raccoon's upcoming events.

  2. A collaboration between community & business to possibly obtain or assist in wider coverage and exposure of the Sponsor's name and/or logo.

  3. WayOut commitment to publicity and aggressive promotion strategies for the benefit of the Sponsor.

    a.       Consistent promotion of the Sponsor's name and/or logo at Rodney Raccoon events and promotional trips.

    b.       Use of the Sponsor's name and/or logo on the Rodney Raccoon website.

    c.       T-shirt giveaways at local shows with the Sponsor's name and/or logo along with Rodney Raccoon's name and logo in print for a wider coverage area after the local events.

    d.      Extra promotion of the Sponsor's name and/or logo on 5,000 flyers distributed at shows, events, and community functions.
     

  4. The Sponsor may be able to deduct all or part of the financial resources contributed to WayOut advertising/promotion activities as an advertising (business) expense for tax purposes.

Involvement by Principals

The principles involved are hard work, ambition, and vision. WayOut is a company of hard-working people, dedicated to the success of this record company. For instance, the President, Frederick Jerome Davis, will use his best efforts to use the Sponsor's capital in the most efficient manner available.

WayOut is a Corporation, started by J.D (Jerome Davis) as President. The purpose of this company is to provide an outlet for the youth in the community. Through musical events and community functions they are always in search of activities that will offer youth a positive alternative.
